What Happens at a TK Program:

Transitional Keys (TK) uses elements of ritual to transform times of change into opportunities for personal growth. TK is applicable to a variety of circumstances and situations throughout the lifecycle.
Focusing on celebrations, losses, and turning points, the practical tools of TK helps to derive the benefits of ritual including:

  • Order and clarity in times of change
  • Relief and comfort in times of anxiety
  • Integration and healing in times of loss
  • Continuity and community in times of celebration and reflection

TK is an Experiential Program and Technique that Uses:

  • Sense memory
  • Visualizations
  • Guided meditation
  • Humor
  • Music
  • Storytelling
  • Symbolic thinking
  • Game playing
  • Movement exercises and yoga

At a TK Program You Will:

Research Interests

With our 501-c-3 status we are interested in further exploring application of TK to PTSD, PTSD with Veterans, Recovery, Teens in Recovery, and End of Life. We seek grants and partnerships in those areas.
