Transitional Keys: Yoga of Transition and Change *
Through this program you will master the form of ritual as a tool for integrating mind, body, soul- with some whimsy, at times of change and transition.
All rituals have three parts that mirror what happens at times of transition:
- Recognizing the change that is happening
- Reflecting on what needs to be “let go” to meet that change
- Integrating the new awareness as you move into the change
This experiential program uses sense memory, visualization, meditation, humor, music, storytelling, symbolic thinking, and movement and breathing exercises.
