Keys for Resiliency and Renewal *

Resiliency is the ability to bounce back, to recover strength and to reclaim a more positive outlook. This is especially valuable at times of stress, change and transition -- whether at work or at home.

Resiliency is an innate combination of qualities we are born with. The qualities that make up resilience are inside us, ready to be stirred into action. To ensure that our inner resilience will be there when we need it, we can “exercise” those inner qualities.

This experiential program uses sense memory, visualization, guided meditation, humor, music, storytelling, symbolic thinking, and movement exercises.

Through this program you will connect with your inner resources of resiliency:

  • Playfulness – to be of high spirits
  • Empathizing with Others – to recognize or understand another’s state of mind or emotion
  • Trusting Your Intuition – to listen to your inner voice, to what you know directly, without reasoning
